Firstly we asked parents if they thought Silent weekends were a good idea and productive for the children and their development.
51 % of you said YES
27 % of you said NO
22% of you said Good Occasionally
Secondly we asked the players if they prefer Silent weekends or do you benefit from the managers shouting instructions during a match.
50% of the boys said NO it puts me off when they shout.

Special Club Awards to reward player development
Throughout the season players will be awarded Man of Match medals. Special club award medallions will be presented to the players once they have reach a certain amount. The first award is Bronze when they have achieved 5 medals, then Silver for the next five and Gold for the next 5. Then its the clubs PLATINUM award two players have achieved this prestigious club award within a 4 year period, with a few more getting close to it. The awards not only reward performance they also encourage development and confidence.

Our partnership with Nork Park Rangers FC enables us the opportunity partner with a local club and provide high quality football programmes to young players in the community. Nork Park Rangers are one of Banstead’s most populous football clubs with over 250 players, aged 6-18, playing organised youth football every Saturday and Sunday in the Epsom and Ewell Youth.
Our mini football centre coaching programme at NPR FC gives children the opportunity to experience football for the first time whilst building their fundamental movement and ball skills; we have seen over 100 kids progress through the mini football programme to represent the club.
Our professional, personable and unique approach to coaching young people has been an invaluable asset to Nork Park Rangers FC and we continue to build on this partnership.
